Guided bite-sized courses designed to help you master essential management and career skills.

What are Skill Bites?
A collection of mini-courses designed to guide you through specific pain points of management and leadership. Each Skill Bite is between six and ten sessions long with each session taking 10-15 minutes to complete.

You can make commitments to implement what you’ve learned, and, at the end, take a quiz to see how much your skills have improved. Plus, on completion of each Skill Bite, you’ll also receive a digital badge so you can show off your new knowledge and skills to your network!

Over nine sessions, you’ll explore powerful tips and techniques for identifying and managing stress.

In ten sessions you’ll develop analytical and observational skills that will help you understand how to make objective, evidence-based decisions.

If you want to discover how to give great feedback and how to follow up effectively, this eight-session Skill Bite is for you.
Problem Solving
Learn how to overcome challenges in this nine-session Skill Bite.
Resilience
Discover the tips and techniques to bounce back and start to face the challenges that life throws at you with confidence in this nine-session course.
Delegation
Over these six sessions, you’ll learn how to overcome any obstacles or reluctance to delegating and how to choose what tasks to delegate, who to delegate to, and how.
Modeling Inclusion
Learn how to model inclusion by making time for others, cultivating an open and accessible attitude, recognizing the value of diversity, and putting inclusive solutions into practice.
Empathy
Over these seven sessions, you’ll learn how to Improve your listening skills, to pick up on non-verbal clues from others, build trust and develop your self-awareness.
