Here we are with the Entrepreneurial discovery process event by the Croatian project partner, the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management of the University of Rijeka.
The aim of this workshop was to:
1) detect and analyse the level of knowledge and application of modern information and communication technology in restaurant operations in Kvarner region,
2) define the role and importance of online presence in restaurant business (web sites, social media,..), define opportunities, challenges and barriers and make relevant conclusions and offer concrete suggestions and solutions for applying them in science and business practice.
