The aim of this workshop is to analyse the attributes of food souvenirs in Kvarner region and provide some suggestions for the development of food souvenirs. The purpose is to identify the problems and try to find solutions.
It is organized in following steps:
– Identification of food souvenirs that can be associated with the Kvarner region and destinations
– Perception of main attributes of food souvenirs in Kvarner region.
– Selection of main attributes of food souvenirs in Kvarner region.
– Rating of food souvenirs in Kvarner region by destinations
– The importance of autochthonous products in Kvarner region and their conversion into Souvenirs
– Pricing, branding and design of food souvenirs: examples of good and bad practice – work in groups
– Presentation and discussion of results
